CANCELLATIONS:

We request 48 hours notice (72 hours for Day of Beauty).
Late arrivals will require a shortened length of service.

STAFF SELECTIONS/CHANGES:

If at any time you would like to try another staff member, we strongly encourage you to do so. We all work well together and understand the need for change.

CHILDREN:

We wish to provide a peaceful, relaxed haven from the normal hustle and bustle of the outside. We request that only children with appointments accompany you.

TIPPING:

Clients often inquire about tipping for Spa services and Hair Salon services.
As a suggestion, we recommend 15% for good service and 20% for excellent service.
Gratuities may not be deducted from gift certificates.
